Basic is never charged on top of mailbox pricing. If you connect a mailbox, mailbox pricing replaces the Basic charge.
Adding a mailbox or moving up from Basic works straight away: you pay only for what's left of the current month, and your payment date stays the same. Removing a mailbox, moving to Basic or cancelling takes effect on your next payment date.

Questions people actually ask
- Do I have to connect my email?
- No. The whole workflow — customers, requests, services, quotes, PDFs, scheduling and tasks — works without it. Connecting a mailbox saves you copying things between your inbox and Duwora, but it is optional and separately priced.
- Will every email turn into a job?
- No, and that's deliberate. New conversations land in a triage queue where you decide: make it a request, attach it to an existing one, or dismiss it. Suppliers, newsletters and accountants never become customer requests unless you say so.
- What happens after the free trial?
- Your data stays exactly where it is. The account becomes read-only until you subscribe, and export stays available the whole time so your information is never trapped.
- Can I run more than one business?
- Yes. Each business has its own service list, quote details, working hours and tax settings, and every request belongs to exactly one of them.
- What happens to my email history if I stop paying for a mailbox?
- Duwora keeps the messages it already stored, attached to the right customer and request. Disconnecting stops future syncing and sending — it does not erase your history.
- Does Duwora send things to my customers on its own?
- No. Duwora offers to send a quote or a confirmation and you decide. Nothing goes out without you seeing it first.
- Which email providers work?
- Microsoft and Outlook, Apple iCloud, and any mailbox that speaks IMAP and SMTP — which covers Gmail, Google Workspace and your own domain. Gmail and iCloud connect with an app password you generate in your email account rather than a Google sign-in: it takes a minute, Duwora never sees your real password, and you can revoke it at any time. Keeping it this way is part of how the price stays where it is.
- What happens when I add a mailbox or move up from Basic?
- You can use it straight away. Duwora charges the difference for what's left of your current billing month right then, allowing for what you've already paid for your current plan. Your payment date doesn't move, and from your next payment on you pay the new monthly price.
- What happens when I remove a mailbox, switch to Basic or cancel?
- Nothing changes until your next payment date. You keep what you've paid for until then, and you can undo the change at any time before. If you're removing mailboxes, you choose which ones to keep. Email already stored in Duwora stays in your history. Nothing extra is charged, and the rest of the current month isn't refunded.
- Can I subscribe before my free trial ends?
- Yes, whenever you're ready. Your first payment is taken the day you subscribe and covers one month from that day. Any free-trial days you haven't used end at that point.
